A gluten-free diet is a dietary regimen that excludes gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, rye, and their derivatives. This dietary choice has gained popularity in recent years due to its perceived health benefits, particularly for individuals with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. However a gluten-free diet is becoming generally more adopted and championed within the health and wellness community as a whole for anyone pursuing a healthy lifestyle. Adhering to gluten-free dishes still allows for a large and diverse number of options. Since a large proportion of the ingredients we use at Chakra are rice-based, most of our dishes are naturally gluten-free and do not require recipe adjustments. We have always used wheat-free soy sauce, which makes the process of creating gluten-free dishes even more convenient. Regardless of your culinary preferences, we are confident you will find our gluten-free dishes as fulfilling as any non gluten-free dishes you have ever experienced.
